Client Communication Executive (Real Estate)
A leading Real Estate developer is hiring confident, well-spoken, and motivated female candidates to manage front-line client communication and appointment scheduling for a premium residential project in Mira Road.
Education:12th Grade Pass / Graduates
Location:Mira Road, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- •Handle incoming client enquiries and communicate project details professionally.
- •Explain residential/commercial project configurations, amenities, and USPs to prospective buyers.
- •Follow up regularly with interested prospects and nurture leads to conversions.
- •Coordinate site visits, arrange model flat tours, and schedule sales appointments.
- •Maintain precise client interaction logs, database records, and submit daily reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✓Basic fluency in speaking Hindi & English (knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage).
- ✓Confidence, positive attitude, and professional phone/in-person etiquette.
- ✓Freshers & Experienced candidates are both highly encouraged to apply.
